Ad Tech / Ad Operations Specialist

Our Display, Email & Affiliate Marketing team is looking for a technical minded operations specialist. You will be the number 1 go-to person in the Display Marketing team for launching & monitoring campaigns which require technical guidance & implementation.

Your working day would include getting first-hand insights into new ad technologies while working directly and face 2 face with big players (like Google, Facebook, etc.) in the marketing technology industry

What you'll do:

  • Maintenance of marketing tools & technologies: Create/Test/Clean up audience & conversion trackers, Manage campaigns on Adserver.
  • Help marketers initiate new performance-based campaigns: Create campaign tracking URLs, Generate & test Ads/Tracking URLs.
  • Quality Control of global campaigns as they go live: Assist in testing of tags, ads, tracking URLs and campaign setups.
  • Generate dynamic data feeds for use in global remarketing campaigns: Help Implement products feeds in new markets & partnerships. Monitor performance and accuracy of feed.
  • Assist in development of new ideas/projects for Automation, detecting Ad Fraud, increase Ad performance, etc.

What you'll definitely need:

  • General online marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, Display / Email / Affiliate Marketing).
  • Basic knowledge in Tracking technologies (DCM, GTM, Adobe Marketing, etc.).
  • Experience using Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Fluency in English (our company language).
  • Must hold a valid work permit for Germany.

What we'd love you to have:

  • Educational background and/or work experience in Marketing, Software Engineering or Project Management.
  • Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Basic Regex and SQL knowledge.
